Since August/09, Haras das Mangueiras has the supervisor of training and handling by the professor Ndzinji Pontes. Ndzinji is graduated as academic rider at Quinta da Fonte Santa, under instructions of the professor Mr. Francisco Bessa de Carvalho, in Lisbon, Portugal. Iberian horses rider at The Nobel Horse, Chicago, Illinois, USA. Instructor of riding at Pine Lodge School of Classical Equitation, in Norwich, England. Grand Prix rider.
